Health Electives for 2026-27 School Year

High School Health Elective Approved for 2026–27

The Department of Athletics, Student Activities, Health & Physical Education has approved a new High School Health Elective for inclusion in the 2026–27 CMSD Course Manual. High School Health teachers are the preferred instructors, though schools may assign a different staff member if needed.

The accompanying survey includes the course curriculum, a staff info course flyer, and student testimonials. Please complete the survey by Friday to confirm your school’s participation and allow curriculum purchasing to begin.

A 90‑minute Teams presentation introducing the curriculum will be held on Friday, February 13, from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. during the PD Day. To add staff attendees, please contact JaTuan Green.
